The fourth step in the Next Steps is the Leadership Development class on the 4th Sunday of every month at 11:15 am on the NCC campuses. If you are new to the church, the Next Steps is a four step process that happens on the first four Sundays of the month, and next week is about discovering what it really means to be a leader and how you can strengthen your character and gifting to fulfill your leadership potential.
